Supporting color themes (CI)

idgard for Outlook now supports the organization's color theme. This can be changed by the administrator in idgard. The configured color scheme is adopted in the add-in.

Recipient permission check for a dataroom

The user is informed and prevented from from sending the mail if a recipient does not have the appropriate access rights.

Deactivating warnings and note texts

The user now has the possibility to deactivate specific warnings. The message is no longer displayed until the add-in is reinstalled.

Archiving e-mails

idgard for Outlook now supports the enterprise archiving of e-mail. This can be changed by the administrator in idgard. The configured e-mail adresses also receive every e-mail sent via the add-in for archiving.

Improved warning texts

The warnings and advisory texts have been revised and are now provided with descriptive headers.

Sending idgard e-mail

Prepare your email and select the target box. Your email, including attachments, will be uploaded to idgard. Your recipients will receive the access link via email.
